We’d been getting more and more fed up with our old IT provider… slow to respond, vague techno babble explanations, and after weeks of computer problems and awful speeds, they still hadn’t figured out what was wrong. They’d already been out twice and hadn’t even gotten anywhere.

I was complaining to a friend about it and they recommended Kalidus. What a breath of fresh air. Chris came out the same day and had it diagnosed in under an hour. It was the “network switch” which is a box with lots of wires in it that hadn’t been touched for years. He had a brand new one in the van, swapped it out there and then, and the whole network came back to life. He said that he keeps common parts like that with him to avoid delays, which shows he actually thinks ahead.

Since then we’ve had zero issues. Chris explained everything properly, kept me in the loop, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still running ok. Our accountants recommended Kalidus when we mentioned we were having problems with our emails. We needed to move over to Microsoft 365 but didn’t have a clue where to start.
