How much do you charge?

To have your machine assessed we charge a non-refundable fee of £30, this is taken at the time when your computer is checked in with us and is there to stop people from taking advantage of our diagnostic skills to shop around once we have told them what the issue with their machine is.

Our hourly rate is £80 per hour, parts/software are not included and will be charged for separately.

How long should I expect to wait for a reply to my inquiry?

We aim to be back in touch with you within a business day, unless we’re very busy, in which case it may take 2 days.

How long is my repair likely to take?

We aim to repair all items as quickly as possible, depending on our workload depends on how long your repair will generally take, as we are an outsourced IT company, we have to prioritize our business customers who are subscribed to a service contract, as you can imagine this is what they are paying for.

Rest assured, we aim to complete all repairs as soon as possible, we want you to have your machine back and working just as much as you do! The last thing we want is any kind of backlog.
